This value pack of 10x Crompton Lamps LED G9 capsule light bulbs with their diminutive size and versatile shape make them a hugely popular choice for a range of applications in both private and commercial settings.

Commonly used in accent lighting, desk lighting, pendant lights and cabinet lighting, this G9 light bulb can be used on its own or in series to create powerful lighting effects or cumulative ambient lighting. This 3W LED G9 capsule is designed to directly replace any 28W halogen equivalent.

It retrofits to existing fixtures and emits a 4000K cool white light that offers a neutral, bright white light.

Here at Light Fittings Direct, we want you to be able to buy with confidence both in ourselves and the products we sell. With this in mind, our LED light bulbs carry a specific warranty that ensures you can do exactly that.

Any LED light bulb bought from Light Fittings Direct carries a 24-month warranty.

If you should purchase an LED light bulb from Light Fittings Direct and have it fail, break or develop a fault at any point within the timeline stated above from the date of purchase, we will happily replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on your wishes.

In instances where large numbers of bulbs fail within a relatively short period of time, we may ask you to return them to us so that they can undergo testing to identify any potential issues.

Manufacturers Warranty

This product is also covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. Please visit the manufacturer's website for further details.

What doesn't our warranty cover?

In any instance where your bulb has developed a fault, we will do our utmost to replace it or offer a full refund (provided the item is still within its stated warranty period). However, if it becomes apparent that the product has been misused, tampered with or modified in any way, we will view this as having voided its warranty.

'Misuse' includes, but is not limited to, incorrect operation by the user, use of non-dimmable bulbs on a dimmable circuit or connection to or operation with an unsuitable power supply. 'Tampering' or 'modification' can be interpreted as any activity designed to alter the product in such a way that it can be used in a manner that wasn't intended by its original design. This can include rewiring, removing plugs, home repairs or changing components. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace any item that has undergone any such process.
